First of all, if you have listened to this Sip, it means that you are one of the precious and very generous people who support my work via a paid subscription: thank you, I truly can’t express how grateful I am. I have been thinking a lot about how I can deliver even more value to you, and I hope that you will enjoy these extra snippets of conversation in between the main Spilling Tea episodes.
On this Sip, Gina shares with us one London opening she is really excited about, hopes for a third book, and countries on her travel wishlist.
Plus, I am sharing for the first time a recipe really close to my heart, my friend Pippo’s infamous Crostata di Ricotta - which I had made for Gina when she visited to record the podcast.
This Crostata is my absolute favourite cake ever since my dear friend Pippo, who is from Puglia, first made it for me many moons ago. I have resisted posting it online so far because it’s so precious to me, but I don’t mind sharing with my most loyal supporters!
